This can be done by completing the online registration form within 30 days of the purchase date. Or completing and returning the registration card enclosed in the product packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
In both cases, full registration requires that you maintain a copy of the original receipt. If something happens to your Solano hair dryer while it is covered under our two-year limited warranty, all you have to do is send it to their Repair Center, and they will be repair, refurbish, or recondition it for you.
If you do not qualify for warranty repair, you can still get repair services for your hairdryer by paying a $30.00 service fee. The company aims to keeps broken tools from their brand in the hands of stylists and out of landfills by charging a lower repair fee.
Once repaired, the hairdryer will be shipped within two business days of the Solano Repair Center receiving it. The company also covers the return cost.
